The Holy book Guru Granth Saheb if translated into simple human understanding is the crux of all of life. This is how I see the First verse also called the Mool Mantra…It is not talking about any God up there in the sky..It portrays the true image of us all in the form of pure positive energy which can be seen only when the lens of duality is dropped …

Ek Omkar– we are all pure positive energy so we are all one…we have chosen to dress differently which we identify as our Body..

Satnaam– we are the Truth in the highest form…

Karta purakh– we are the doer the creator of all that we see around us and the kind of life we have created we are living. Decisions taken by us moment by moment are creating our reality…

Nirbhau– We are fearless in our energy form… Knowing our eternal nature we don’t have to fear anything or anyone because everyone n everything around is just energy like us…

Nirvair– Since we are one, we cannot have any enemies…That which is in front of us in any form is nothing but an extension of self…Our mirrored image …How can we fight with self? Or detest ourselves?

Akal murat– We are energy traveling through all time n space..Have always been…are ever flowing..and will always be until eternity….

Ajooni Saibhang– The body perishes but we as energy do not die or decay…Our energy form is not bound to the cycle of life and death…

Gurparsad- We on deep spiritual level are Consciousnesses bliss– Gur(Chaitan- Consciousness) and parsad- Anand- Bliss

Mann tu apna Mool pachaan” As the guru says to us know your ‘MOOL’ which implies both ‘Roots‘ as well as ‘Worth” here in this phrase…

Do you know your True Worth ???
