As the world comes to a halt……….Seems like some higher power has pressed the Reset button.. Corona Virus is just an excuse . People are being forced to slow down..The rat race is coming to an end..Getting up every morning like a zombie..rushing to work mindlessly..never ending same old daily grind…maybe there is more to Life than that which we have been doing…

There is something that is telling us to slow down ..to just breathe…pause and appreciate what is ..what always has been around but we have never found time to acknowledge its presence..Be it the people around us or things or the pure magic of nature..we are being forced to just look around and appreciate it all…

We have been given this opportunity to go within and find our true self..the light within..to stop taking for granted everything and everyone that is….Maybe It is time to observe and appreciate all the help and support that we are receiving from our fellow workers, the smallest and biggest services from our helpers, our service providers, from our partners, our families, our pets, every cell of our body and all the organs that are working on auto pilot to keep us going day after day…Not to mention the undying support of Nature…Beautiful sun coming up every morning shining nice and bright bringing everything into the light…the infinite blue sky, the mesmerising moonlight… how often do we even look at them with real undivided attention and smile..
Look at the Wonder in everything .. All the miracles happening in every moment that we have been too busy or occupied or self involved to even notice let alone appreciate..
You are alive and reading this . Isn’t that a miracle in itself ???
Embrace the moment…become aware of every breath and go in deep deep gratitude for The Gift Of Life.. It’s time to rendezvous with your Divine Self and the Divine in all that is around you..
“Alhamdulillah! as said in the holy book Quran..”Praise the lord” You can not praise enough…

When you cannot go outside…It’s time to go Within…

Is it practiced or it comes naturally?

I allow myself to feel the warmth of the sun, I allow myself to hear the sweet song of the birds. I allow myself to bask in the moonlight. I allow myself to feel the soft grass under my feet, the sky to wrap around me like a loving blanket. As I slow down in awareness and observe, I absorb the magnificence of everything around me. I behold within me all the beauty of the Creator and allow myself to be one with the entire universe. In this feeling of oneness, I rendezvous with the whole of me, the infinite being that is me. I can anytime feel the Infinte Universe if I choose to ALLOW….for it has always been and will always be until eternity, some place within me…Yes within me….

Do you feel it ??

As the sun shines every morning, let it remind you of his grace..The moment you open your eyes, there is light.. Isn’t that true to all of life? The moment you open your eyes ,you DO see The Light..

The moon and stars as they shine sometimes in the clear sky and sometimes hidden by the clouds remind us that no matter how dark the night may seem, if you look at his Grace, there is never ever complete darkness…

Earth’s infinite supply of everything tells us we have an infinite potential of creating whatever we desire around us and there is never a shortage or lack of anything ever .. our capacity to love, grow, give and receive is infinite ….

The rivers and lakes, as they flow downwards from hills and mountains and merge into the sea, are a reminder, how just being humble can lead us to a place that is so much deeper and expansive than our own existence and that is where we belong..If you keep flowing, you will be naturally  lead  and guided to where you belong ..

Change of seasons make us aware that every moment something is changing around us and we need to keep changing Within too..For change is inevitable and situations good or bad are in the constant Rhythm of change so there is always hope..

Birds fly high and show you, no matter how small you are, you have the freedom to rise above wherever you are in your life right now and you have the capacity and strength to explore the unknown..

Animals never live with an energy of worry or lack of food and shelter.The smallest of insect to the most gigantic animal lives in trust and faith that there is a higher intelligence taking care of them. With a little bit of effort, you will find whatever you seek and you will be provided no matter what..

Clouds show us how much fun it can be to be playful.. The game of life that is Hide n seek..we first hide all that we want in the Vortex and by seeking it in this lifetime, we feel happy with our achievements and come out as winners..

The air that flows everywhere says I am willing to serve one and all..Never discriminating how much and where to flow because it is never worried about running out of resources..

Through Nature God is showing you the most Beautiful reflection of his creation that is  YOU.Expansive and Abundant…

The next time you feel lost, less worthy or lack in life, just take a look around and connect with nature and see a mirrored image of yourself in everything around you..You can feel his Grace…
