Is this how you see??

In this brand new decade , as you look in the mirror that life presents, ask yourself, does what I see resonate with me? What belongs in my life? What beliefs work for me? Which ideologies resonate with me and which do not? Rather than judging yourself or others, use the diversity to help you learn, discern and make clear decisions about who you are who you wish to be.

Each one of us has come to this world for different reasons, desiring different experiences and wanting to share different gifts. Some of us resonate with each other and get along easily while some of us do not. We are not all meant to agree. A perfect and unique embodiment of divine love. when you know yourself as infinite, you realize your beliefs are right for you and your desires, opinions, preferences are right for you. Your morals and ethics are right for you…

In this light, you also understand that everyone else on the planet has their own beliefs desires, preferences, and opinions that are uniquely for the path of their soul’s growth. To live and let live. To love and let love without judgment of self and others is one of the highest forms of spiritual freedom.
Let this year give you 2020 vision of clarity, so you can see clearly the divinity within you and others.

Aren’t we all one?

I’ve always found it interesting that it’s difficult not to yawn when we see someone else yawn. When we see someone laughing hysterically, we can find ourselves laughing without even a clue about what’s so funny.
We are influenced more than we know or realise by the actions , thoughts , behaviour and vibration of others.That’s something worth considering.
On a soul level, we are all empaths because essentially we are all one, just in different timelines.
When we first awaken, and we start to feel energy, all that everything is , we feel the connection to everything and everyone. Unity consciousness as we call it. While this is surreal and beautiful, we also start to become aware of the fact that just as high vibrations raise our frequency , lower ones impact us too. Learning discernment of our vibration, thoughts and energy becomes crucial. While influences such as yawning, laughing etc are insignificant to our being , dropping down in vibration just because someone else around us is living a different timeline is not what we desire.
This is also a classic example of where our egos can take us into victim mode, but that’s when it requires us to be honest with ourselves and realise, haven’t we been and still continue to be energy vampires ourselves sometimes ?

So is there really need for judgement when faced with someone who doesn’t make you feel so great ? Mastering this skill of empathy is something we all need to do.. Each one of us on this path of ascension will require to master being an empath. One to be able to use it to our advantage to navigate through experiences and the second and most important reason being that it is an essential towards self empowerment. When you can continue to keep your vibration high without anything or anyone on the external being a factor, isn’t that where you want to be ?
We all talk about receiving downloads which assist us but along with the downloads, upgrading ourselves and mastering these empathic abilities is required as much…

My Journey with Reiki

My Journey with Reiki has been that of wonder and grace. After having going through intense meditation practices and working on self for more than a year, there came a time when I was getting a feeling of stagnancy in my progress. Having experienced all things like Lucid dreams, spinal sweep of the kundalini energy, taste of past life , there still was something within which did not quite feel in sync with the outside. Reflecting within, I wasn’t quite still impressed with my  actions and reactions towards people and situations. Inspite of all the knowing, I was kind of stuck to certain mental and emotional patterns that I knew were not serving my highest good but was just not able to let go of them. Living in a state of unawareness earlier seemed so much easier but knowing and still not changing was becoming frustrating. It was like walking the same road yet falling into the same ditches again and again..

Once all the digging within into my core being was done, it was now time to clear all that had come to surface and thats when I was drawn towards the healing Energy of Reiki. Regular practice of Reiki on self slowly started to bring all the changes on all energy levels and all energy bodies.As all my Chakras started to come into balance I started to discover a new empowered version of myself which I can say was the best Version of me I had ever known. As I started to heal within I felt more aligned with all that was outside..All life situations and all relationships started to change for the better.

I felt more centred most of the time and there was a calm n peace within.. a state of happiness started to radiate inside out..There was a definite shift. Where ever I was feeling stuck in life earlier, I could see a sudden movement of energy. My physical energy was better than ever before and I was emotionally and mentally so much at ease, for I had dropped all judgement and started practising unconditional love. It certainly was a turn around for me as I started helping family and friends by channelling healings for them both one on one as well as distant.Clients started to get relief on all levels and gave wonderful feedback on results. The more I was giving healings, every healed case instilled more faith, internal power and strength within me.

Today I can say Reiki is certainly the best gift that I have received from the divine and with its healing power I discovered my true Divine qualities that reflect the beauty of my soul.Always happy..joyful..peaceful..blissful..In complete sync with everything and everyone around me. I see Perfection in every moment of the Here and Now ..All thanks to Reiki, I live my dream today to be of service to one and all…

I am healed and I aspire to Heal !!

Ascension…

The journey..that’s what they call it

I sat to reflect upon my ascension journey….. before I could think any further I was stopped at the word journey. How is this a journey? Why am I calling it that? Is it because I have always heard it said that way? Do I understand the word ‘journey’ when it’s linked with this path of ascension? And here is what came to me.

When we travel in this physical world, we move from one place to another geographically. A journey can be as short as driving down to the grocery store or as long as traveling to a different continent. Don’t people all have different journeys? Different places to get to? Different ways and means of getting there?

No one is judged upon any physical journey their body takes and neither do they judge themselves in the process. They decide where they want to go, or circumstances lead them to go somewhere and they think of what is the best means of doing it (how, when etc ) and they carry on.
Then why do I sit in judgment of my soul’s journey? For what is ascension? Is it not a shift in perception? Shifting from a way of perceiving the world/ situations/, more importantly, ourselves a certain way to a whole other way? My soul has set out to travel and explore … then why the judgment?
